2、 Product Introduction

The combined low dew point compressed gas dryer developed by our company is an organic combination of cryogenic drying technology and adsorption drying technology, breaking through the simple series connection of ordinary refrigeration and adsorption devices. Through reasonable pipeline connection and capacity matching, the advantages of both are maximized, thus achieving economic operation point and high-quality low dew point finished gas.
3、 Working principle
- causeair compressorThe high-temperature and high humidity compressed air that comes first exchanges heat with the already dried low-temperature compressed air in the heat exchanger to reduce the temperature, and then enters the evaporator for further cooling to around 2 ℃. At this dew point pressure, most of the gaseous water has become liquid water and is discharged. Afterwards, the compressed air with very low humidity enters the adsorption cylinder for further drying and dehumidification, obtaining a lower dew point finished gas. Finally, the low-temperature dry compressed air enters the heat exchanger to cool the high-temperature and high humidity air, and its temperature also increases, preventing condensation outside the conveying pipeline. After heating up, a small part of the compressed air is used for adsorbent regeneration, improving regeneration efficiency and reducing energy consumption. Its unique working principle of "low-temperature adsorption, room temperature regeneration" ensures a significant reduction in the regeneration gas consumption and dew point of the adsorption dryer.
